About

In collaboration with Europarcs and De Vakantiebank, the Foundation has made available three holiday homes. These homes are located in the vacation park Europarcs Zuiderzee and are intended for low-income families, or families with children affected by long-term illnesses.

This initiative allows families with lesser means equal opportunity to go on vacation, leaving their everyday environment and worries behind to relax and renew their energy.

What it Can Mean for a Family

“Seven years together and four children and we had never been on holiday together.

But the time had finally come. After weeks of looking forward to the holidays (the kids were counting down the nights) we were finally allowed to go on holiday on June 30.

Upon arriving at EuroParcs, the party started—choose your own room and put down your stuffed animals. The holiday could really begin now.

From playing in the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, swimming in the pool, fishing in the harbor, to sitting in the cottage and feeding our new friends (mama duck with her six ducklings), we fully enjoyed our time there.

Finally a moment to enjoy and relax together and experience the luxury of the cottage. We went to do something at the park every day. It was a great experience for all of us.

We really enjoyed our family finally getting some time away together.”
